Take advantage of early bird pricing by registering and paying before July 10, 2024.

Please note: To receive the early bird registration price your registration must be paid in full by July 10, 2024. Payments received after July 10 will be invoiced the full registration fee of $775.00

 

• VHCA-VCAL Member: $700.00 ($775.00 after July 10, 2024)
• Prospective Member: $1,400.00 ($1,550 after July 10, 2024)

Registration deadline: The registration deadline is September 3, 2024.

Special notice: Representatives of companies that have not purchased a Trade Show booth will not be allowed to show products, discuss services, or otherwise solicit business in the trade show area; that right is reserved exclusively for representatives of those companies that have purchased booths.
