The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has launched a new webpage on the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) with resources to help skilled nursing facilities prepare for PDPM to replace RUG-IV next October. CMS will host a National Provider Call on December 11 with more information.

The website includes a variety of educational and training resources to assist with PDPM implementation:

• Implementation tools (including PDPM GROUPER logic in SAS).
