In his end-of-year message, AHCA/NCAL President and CEO Mark Parkinson writes, “This year at AHCA/NCAL, we have achieved most of our goals. But this may be the hardest time ever to operate skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and assisted living (AL) communities. Our wins in DC are not enough to make up for all the negative forces you face.
