2019 HCS Nursing Home Salary and Benefits Study Begins

The 2019 Hospital and Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) Nursing Home Salary and Benefits study is now underway. The national study is supported by AHCA. The comprehensive study covers executive, nursing, therapy, dietary, activities, social services, maintenance, and administrative jobs. The results compare marketplace data by unit size, revenue size, profit type, CBSA, state, and region. There is no cost to participate; participants are eligible to purchase the published report at a 50 percent discounted rate.

How to Participate:

The final report will cover hourly and bonus data for 100 jobs, 17 fringe benefits, turnover, and shift differentials. The data is data reported by unit + revenue size, state and region.

The final report will cost $175 for participants or $350 for non-participants. It will be published in July 2019.
