It’s not too late!  We’ve extended the deadline for nominations for the D.A. “Woody” Brown Community Involvement and Annual Recognition Awards to July 15, 2022.  Make sure your center is in the running for these statewide awards. We encourage you to submit nominations in all categories.

• Recognition Awards – Honoring lifetime achievement, administrators, director of nursing, and CNA of the year
• D.A. “Woody” Brown Community Involvement Awards – Recognizing outstanding activity and event programs (National Skilled Nursing Care Week or National Assisted Living Week Program, Special Event Program, and Facility Newsletter)
