We are sad to inform you of the passing of Myrtle Faulkner on September 30.  She was a longtime owner and operator of Mizpah Health Care Center in Locust Hill.

Faulkner, 91, owned Mizpah from 1969 until 2015.  Mizpah was one of the first nursing facilities in the state.  During her career she was an active member of VHCA and AHCA.  To read her obituary, click here.
