On March 10 CMS published a revised version of Survey and Certification (S&C) Memo 17-19-NH explaining that the agency was issuing a re-release of Appendix PP of the State Operations Manual (SOM) (dated March 8, 2017) to correct identified technical errors and correct the numerical order of tags.
