Registration is now open for the January 30 education program, Lessons Learned from 2017 Surveys Are Valuable in the New Blended Survey Process in Richmond.  2017 brought multiple challenges and opportunities to nursing centers as we ushered in a new era of regulatory and compliance expectations.  During this program we will explore the lessons learned from trending survey outcome data and drill down to understand why the deficient practice occurred and was cited. In examining these factors, your center can establish more specific plans of corrections and ensure implementation of systems and on-going monitoring to minimize recurrence to a specific resident and to others.  Our panel of experts will aggregate analysis of survey trends from 2017 and will include specific examples of why the practice was determined to be deficient.
