This week Humana provided initial information regarding its final reconciliation process for CCC (Dual Demo) claim issues. Humana reports that 22 entities have outstanding claims issues and “a number of facilities … have identified credit balances with Humana.” It is not entirely clear to VHCA-VCAL if those with credit balances are fully represented in the 22 entities which provided data to Humana.  

VHCA-VCAL’s Steve Ford sent a direct email to the 22 entities Humana reports as providing spreadsheets by the April 20 close-out deadline. If your organization submitted a reconciliation spreadsheet to Humana by the deadline, but you did not receive an email earlier today (May 3) from Steve Ford, please contact him as soon as possible at steve.ford@vhca.org.

Humana compiled the information from data submitted by nursing centers according to its instructions which we shared with members in mid-April.
