10:00 am – 4:00 pm

This hands-on workshop is designed to help you complete your National Quality Award Application. Bring your drafts and questions ready to receive feedback as you approach writing your final draft for a 2020 award. Our presenters will provide you with personalized feedback on whether your application demonstrates your understanding of the award criteria for either the Bronze or Silver awards. You’ll also learn how to integrate feedback from any prior applications you may have submitted.

VHCA-VCAL members Wendy Walter and Tammy Kelly have both served as Senior Examiners for the AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards Program.
