Overview

Accurate and comprehensive documentation is paramount for skilled nursing facilities/nursing facilities (SNFs/NFs) given the dynamic and demanding environment in which they provide care to residents.

During this four-part webinar series, Christine Twombly and Eleisha Wilkes will help you shift your clinical documentation from satisfactory to superior with a focus on defending quality of care and supporting accurate reimbursement.

Clinical Consultant | Proactive LTC Consulting

Christine Twombly and Eleisha Wilkes have extensive experience in post-acute/long term care settings. Both are board-certified gerontological nurses and hold numerous professional certifications that enhance their work with skilled nursing providers. Twombly’s expertise is in conducting Medicare documentation and billing compliance assessments and providing assistance with third-party medical review and the appeals process. Wilkes specializes in RAI completion, MDS validation audits, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement accuracy, competency-based staff education programs, and works with clients extensively to facilitate SNF/NF survey readiness.

This series is designed for administrators, DONs, MDS coordinators, nursing, therapy, social services, and medical records staff.

 

Continuing Education

Each session is approved for 1 hour of continuing education from the NAB through Proactive LTC Consulting.

The deadline to register is 3:00 pm on December 16, 2024. Payment for non-members is due with registration.
