Join us for the Virginia Health Care Association Political Action Committee (VHCA PAC) Golf Tournament on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at The Crossings Golf Club in Glen Allen, Virginia.  The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 11:00 am.

The individual entry fee is $300.00 or $1,000.00 for a foursome.  Please fill out the enclosed entry form and return it no later than Tuesday, May 23.
