TOPIC: CCC & CCC PLUS UPDATE

The Virginia Medicaid program will be transitioning long term services and supports (MLTSS), including nursing center  care, to a statewide, mandatory managed care delivery system, called CCC Plus, starting August 1, 2017 in Tidewater.  CCC Plus will be phased in regionally across the Commonwealth with full completion in January 2018 when any remaining CCC participants transition to MLTSS.

Steve Ford will explain VHCA-VCAL’s outreach to the agency and health plans to ensure as smooth a transition as possible for nursing centers.
