As Virginia implements its new Medicaid managed care model (called Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus or CCC Plus) fee-for-service (FFS) payment principles will still prevail for nursing center care.  Under CCC Plus, however, changes in rate setting, claims adjudication, and case mix adjustment will be exacerbated as we move to six additional payers across the state.

VHCA’s Payment & Financial Issues Conference will provide you information and tips to understand the financial implications of the payment structure and service delivery model being implemented beginning August 1, 2017, as  well as general advice and strategies for maximizing your revenue and financial performance.
