Join us for this in-depth look at 2023 Virginia survey trends by region and statewide. Using SMART data, experts with Chiles Healthcare Consulting will dig into the most-cited tags and the reasons behind the deficiencies.

The 2023 2567s reveal that F-658 Professional Standards is one of the top five citations. Although this is a broad category, a close look at the data shows that many citations are related to not following physician orders, and much has to do with order management and set-up. During the afternoon session, a team of industry experts will discuss order management, order set-up, professional documentation, and legal implications for F-658. The program will conclude with a discussion of strategies to avoid deficiencies and methods of validation for accurate implementation and documentation that orders have been completed successfully.

• submitting your 2567 and cover letter to Mary Chiles. Information from your survey will be added to SMART.
• responding to the SMART Questionnaire to help us learn more about the survey environment. Responses are kept confidential and only shared in aggregate summary.

The deadline to register is February 22, 2023. Payment for non-members is due with registration.
