Stay on track and check your data on LTC Trend Tracker to see where your center stands on each Quality Initiative goal. Submit your data by November 21, 2019 to be recognized.

Not only does this program show your progress in improving your quality metrics, it’s another way to differentiate yourself in your marketing efforts.

Quality Initiative Recognition Program achievers will be notified later this year and will be recognized at the AHCA/NCAL Quality Summit in Grapevine, Texas, March 9-11, 2020.
