In an effort to provide more specific issue resolution for nursing facility (NF) claims under CCC Plus, Virginia Premier has established a specific inbox for NF claims issues. While this email address should be used going forward for current NF claims concerns, it is not intended to be used for the current cleanup effort of past CCC claims as communicated in previous editions of CareConnection. 

The new email address, vphpltssclaims@virginiapremier.com, should be utilized to submit any NF claims issues under CCC Plus so that staff with specific expertise and responsibility will have direct access to resolve the issues. As always, be sure to encrypt any submissions that contain protected health information under HIPAA. Per Virginia Premier, “this email address is not intended to be used as an alternative to contacting customer service for questions or submitting claims (i.e., adjustments still need to be submitted through the portal, etc.).”
