Registration deadline: Have you signed up to participate in the next set of free, emergency preparedness functional exercises for all Virginia LTC facilities on June 25-26, 2024?

• The deadline to sign up and complete the pre-event survey is June 20.

How it will work: VHCA-VCAL and Incident Management Solutions (IMS) are hosting four exercises that meet the CMS Emergency Preparedness Rule as an individual facility-based exercise. You will participate in your own command centers as the exercise is managed from a central simulation cell. Participation in your region is recommended but not required:

• Eastern Region | June 25, 2024 | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Central Region | June 25, 2024 | 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• Northern Region | June 26, 2024 | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Southwest Region | June 26, 2024 | 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

First, use this form to RSVP for the functional exercise you want to participate in. 

Then, complete this required survey to help IMS coordinate the exercises by Thursday.
