DSS has shared recent updates to its one-page Department of Licensing Program (DOLP) Licensing Offices Contact Information document. Updates include information on physical office and mailing office changes for some regions.

Please note:

• The Valley Licensing Office moved from Fishersville to Staunton at the beginning of March 2022. Their physical office address has been updated to reflect this move.
• Please note the blue highlighted mailing address for a licensing office as it may differ from the physical address.
• Use the indicated fax number or efax email address to fax the licensing office.
