ICYMI: DSS recently updated its Division of Licensing Programs (DOLP) licensing offices Contact Information document.

• Of note, the DSS Home Office information has been updated as it moved from downtown Richmond to the Innsbrook Business Park in Glen Allen.

Assisted living facilities should use the updated mailing address and fax number as all mail and faxes will now be directed to the DSS DOLP Home Office.
