ICYMI: The DSS Division of Licensing Programs developed a model Infection Control Plan Manual template for use by assisted living facilities (ALFs).

• This template allows ALF providers to customize their facility’s infection control plans to suit the operations of the facility based on licensure type, capacity, staffing, and services offered.

DSS developed the template as part of the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Prevention and Control of Emerging Infectious Diseases Cooperative Agreement grant received from the VDH.
