DSS recently updated its Division of Licensing Programs (DOLP) licensing offices contact information document noting changes to fax numbers and the importance of using mailing addresses for licensing offices, which may differ from the physical location.

• The new document was revised on May 4, 2023.

Of note:

• The fax numbers for the Eastern, Fairfax, Northern, and Peninsula licensing offices have changed.
• Fax number (540) 857-7364 for the Region 4 Piedmont and Western licensing offices was repaired and now works.
• Please use the “Mailing Address” for a licensing office as it may differ from the physical address.
• Use the fax number or efax email address to fax the intended licensing office.
