NCAL revealed “Season of Reflection” as this year’s theme for National Assisted Living Week (NALW) held September 10-16, 2023.

• The annual, national observance provides a unique opportunity for residents, their loved ones, staff, volunteers, and local communities to celebrate the individuals who live and work in assisted living and learn more about this sector of long term care.

What it means: This year’s theme gives ALFs the chance to recognize and thank those who truly make communities across the country a loving home and welcome the sense of renewal that comes with the changing season.

The “Season of Reflection” logo, a planning guide, promotional toolkit, and more are available for download to assisted living communities, stakeholders, and members of the public on the NALW website.
