Help us share the stories of the residents and patients in your centers. Submit a nomination for the 2022 Faces & Stories in Long Term Care calendar by October 1. Sharing the photos and stories of the compassionate, quality care provided by your staff helps VHCA-VCAL enhance the overall image of the long term care profession.

We will select up to 24 residents to portray in the coming year, on our website, and on social media. Details on how to submit your photos and story can be found in the Faces and Stories nomination package or via our online form.

Please note that to comply with HIPPA requirements, we will need a signed Image Release Form for each individual captured in a photo.
